Orders and Shipping

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Luxembourg. However, we do not transact or deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Italy.

VAT Exemption for Intra-Community Transactions

We deliver our products to major countries within the European Union. To obtain 0% VAT exemption for intra-community transactions, you must provide us with your valid and active EU VAT ID number, and the company must not be located in Germany.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods for all orders on our online shop:

Bank Transfer

Available for all delivery countries. For Sunmix mixer orders exceeding €4,000, bank transfer payment option is available with a two-installment plan. The first installment requires an immediate payment of 50%, while the remaining balance is payable with a second installment before shipping.

PayPal

PayPal is available for orders up to €3,000. For amounts exceeding €3,000, payment via bank transfer is required.

Apple Pay – Google Pay

Apple Pay and/or Google Pay can be used for orders up to €3,000. For amounts exceeding €3,000, payment via bank transfer is required.

Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express

We accept credit card payments via Stripe for orders up to €3,000. For amounts exceeding €3,000, payment via bank transfer is required.

PayPal Installment Purchase

Option available for select users, subject to PayPal’s discretion. For amounts exceeding €3,000, payment via bank transfer is required.

Order Shipping

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Sweden and Luxembourg. However, we do not transact or deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Italy.
