Where we deliver, how you can pay and what to know about delivery times and collection – at a glance.
Delivery countries
Orders in our online shop are possible from these countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- Denmark
- France
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Poland
- Czech Republic
We currently do not ship to or carry out transactions with other countries – for example Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Corsica, Italy, Norway, Sweden or Finland. To check another destination, please contact us before ordering.
VAT exemption for EU businesses
To receive the VAT exemption for intra-community supplies, we need your valid and active EU VAT identification number. Your business must not be based in Germany.
Delivery times
The delivery time is shown for each product and may vary due to public holidays, high order volumes or other circumstances. Sunmix dough mixers are built to order.
Payment methods
In our online shop you can pay by:
- 1% discount
Bank transfer
Available for all delivery countries. The 1% discount is deducted automatically in the cart as soon as you choose this payment method.
- Pay in 2 steps
Sunmix machines over €2,500
For all Sunmix machines over €2,500 you can pay in two steps: a 50% deposit by bank transfer when you order and the balance before shipping.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Pay conveniently on your smartphone or computer.
Credit card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express – securely via Stripe.
Collection
Goods cannot be collected from our registered office in Berlin. Products marked „Nur Abholung“ (collection only) can be collected by appointment at our Academy & Showroom in Veitsbronn DE.
