Frequently asked questions
Sunmix – delivery times
Sunmix mixers are made to order. Models up to 15 kg are shipped by DHL: as soon as the parcel is on its way, you receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Larger machines are delivered by a freight carrier, who contacts you before delivery to arrange a date.

Can I collect products in person?
Some products are available for collection only; you can recognise them by the note „Nur Abholung“ in the product name. You collect them by appointment at our Pizza-Schule Academy & Showroom: Fürther Str. 13, 90587 Veitsbronn DE (Siegelsdorf), about 20 km from Nuremberg. All other orders are shipped by courier.
