The wood-fired oven models from Fontana Forni: Amalfi, Capri, and Ischia are equipped with a practical painted steel cart with wheels and feature a wooden storage shelf or can be configured with a table support base.
The wood-fired oven comes with a chimney equipped with a smoke control valve, a cap, and a closable oven door. The firebox is made of high-quality refractory chamotte, perfect for direct pizza baking and certified for food use.
The inner structure of the pizza oven is made of stainless steel, while the outer structure is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature resistant paints to ensure maximum heat resistance, weather resistance, and rust protection. The oven’s insulation is made of natural rock wool, which retains the temperature more effectively and prevents the outer structure from overheating.
Short Heating Time, Cost Savings
Wood-fired ovens with direct combustion reach operating temperature in less than 20 minutes and consume a reduced amount of wood and gas (up to 80% less than a traditional oven). In the same time it takes to heat the oven, you can prepare the pizza for baking, thus optimizing work times.
