Fontana Forni Maestro: the powerful family oven
The perfect rounding of the dome facilitates air circulation. Fontana Forni is the only company that positions the gas burner at the bottom (and not on the side) to achieve faster and more even heat distribution. The exhaust system keeps the heat longer in the baking chamber, which reduces gas consumption. These are the results of engineering excellence when it meets the tradition of Italian cooking.

Made in Italy with love
Made of painted steel and stainless steel, equipped with a chimney and rain cap, steel door with anti-burn handle, and analog thermometer. Inside, a thick steel flame cover improves heat distribution and protects the dome from heat exposure.
The high performance of Maestro 40 and Maestro 60 is also guaranteed by the high-quality insulation material that insulates the dome, allowing it to reach high temperatures faster with lower fuel consumption.
Shorter heating times, cost savings
Gas pizza ovens with direct cooking reach operating temperature in less than 15 minutes and consume up to 80% less wood and gas compared to traditional ovens. In the same time it takes to heat up the oven, you can prepare the pizza for baking, thus optimizing working times.
Gas pizza ovens with direct cooking are CE, ETL, and CSA certified and comply with European and North American safety standards. They offer the same performance as wood-fired ovens, but with greater practicality and faster ignition times.
Gas combustion also requires less maintenance; since no ash or cooking residues are produced, only minimal cleaning is necessary.
