Join the 3rd European Pizza Excellence 2025, an international competition open to all professional pizzaiolos from across central Europe, including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and more. Showcase your talent and claim the title of the best pizzaiolo in central Europe for 2025!
Details of the 3rd European Pizza Excellence 2025
- Date: 18.03.2025
- Time: from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Internorga Hamburg – Pizza Experience Stand
Registration: A small fee of €50.00 (VAT included) is required for the Welcome Kit. Spots are limited.

- Welcome Kit
- Apron
- Unisex T-Shirt
- Pizza Book
- Medal and Certificate
- Products from championship partners
- Entry tickets for the fair for the participant and companions (maximum 4 additional tickets).
Competition Categories:
- Classic Gourmet Pizza: Free choice of ingredients.
- Modern Neapolitan Pizza (contemporary): Margherita (fior di latte or buffalo mozzarella) or Marinara. The pizza cannot be topped with ingredients other than those for Margherita or Marinara.
Participants must bring all necessary ingredients and dough to the competition. For those who wish or need, Mutti tomato and fior di latte mozzarella will be provided.
Equipment: Professional electric ovens from Morello Forni.
