Reaches a temperature of about 450°C in just 30 minutes, ensuring fast cooking times and reduced wood and gas consumption. The cooking surface and dome in refractory concrete retain heat for a long time, even when the fire or flame is off, ensuring uniform and perfect cooking.
Use in Outdoor and Indoor Environments
Thanks to its lightweight and portable design, the Subito Cotto 60 can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for the garden, balcony, terrace, or outdoor kitchen. In wood mode, it needs to be connected to a chimney for smoke exit. In gas mode, it is perfect for outdoor spaces.
Energy Efficiency of Pizza Ovens
The Subito Cotto 60 is also available in a combined version with a gas burner made in Italy, compatible with traditional gas, Propane/LPG, and Methane. Maximum gas consumption: 1.2 kg/h and wood consumption: 4 kg/h.

This oven is ready to use and does not require assembly, insulation, or finishing. Its reduced weight allows it to be easily transported and used even in small spaces such as terraces, kitchens, or gardens.
