With an internal diameter of 80 cm, the Subito Cotto 80 can reach a temperature of approximately 450°C in just 40 minutes. It can simultaneously cook up to 3 pizzas, but it’s also ideal for meat, fish, bread, vegetables, and desserts. This oven is also available in a combined version with a GAS burner, offering greater flexibility of use.
Versatility of Use
The Zio Ciro Subito Cotto series can be used both indoors and outdoors. In wood mode, the oven must be connected to a chimney for smoke exhaust, making it ideal for gardens, balconies, terraces, or outdoor kitchens. In gas mode, it’s perfect for outdoor spaces, ensuring uniform and trouble-free cooking.

The oven’s base and dome are made of refractory concrete, ensuring long heat retention even with the fire or flame extinguished. In the gas version, the oven is equipped with a burner made in Italy, compatible with traditional gas, Propane/GPL, and Methane.
