Get ready for the most exciting edition ever!

We are thrilled to announce the highly anticipated event Pizza Experience 2025, which will take place from March 14th to 18th at the Internorga fair in Hamburg. This unique experience is the focal point of pizza competitions in Central Europe, becoming increasingly popular among pizzaiolos who want to test their skills on a prestigious stage. With over a decade of history, these championships have become a must-attend event for enthusiasts, industry professionals, and curious onlookers.

The first three days: Meetings, Demonstrations, and Seminars

The first three days of the event will be a triumph of meetings with visitors, spectacular demonstrations of pizza acrobatics, and tastings of the best pizzas. The exciting seminars on the preparation of true Neapolitan pizza, led by master pizzaiolos Luca Di Massa AVPN and Umberto Napolitano of Pizza-Schule, will offer a unique opportunity to learn the secrets of Neapolitan pizza directly from the best in the field.

Pizza Championships 

The highlight of the event will be the pizza championships. On March 17th, the 12th German Pizza Championship will take place, a unique opportunity to see the best pizzaiolos in Germany in action.

Pizza Experience 2025 - Pizza ChampionshipsOn March 18th, it will be the turn of the 3rd European Pizza Excellence 2025, an international competition that will attract participants from all over Europe, including countries such as France, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, etc.

Participants can compete in two disciplines:

  • Gourmet Classic Pizza, with ingredients of their choice
  • Modern Neapolitan Pizza, with Margherita or Marinara variants.

The pizzas will be baked in professional electric ovens for pizzerias, entirely Made in Italy and certified by the AVPN Association, with the support of the leading company in the gastronomy equipment sector, Diamond.
