Warranty and Technical Support:

The warranty for products purchased with VAT is 12 months. For purchases made by individuals without VAT, the warranty is extended to 24 months, ensuring durable and reliable support. Technical support is guaranteed and offered by Pizza-Schule.

Shipping of Sunmix Products

We deliver to Austria, Germany, and Luxembourg. We do not process transactions or deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy.

VAT Exemption for Intracommunity Transactions:

We deliver our products to the main countries of the European Union. To obtain the 0% VAT exemption for intracommunity transactions, you must provide us with your valid and active EU VAT number, and the company must not be based in Germany.

Payment in Two Installments via Bank Transfer:

For all those who place an order for a Sunmix mixer valued at more than 4,000 euros, it is possible to select payment via bank transfer and request to split the payment into two installments. The first installment requires an immediate payment of 50%, while the remaining balance can be paid with a second installment before shipment.

Cancellation:

The mixer will be commissioned only after receipt of payment. Since the mixer is customized for you, it is excluded from the possibility of exchange. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been placed with the manufacturer.
