TOUCH SCREEN control panel

Allows you to store up to 10 recipes, preparing various high-quality and consistent doughs every day.

INFRARED RAY temperature sensor

Measures the instant temperature of the dough, keeping it under control at all times. You can set the maximum temperature to avoid overheating the dough.

LED lights to illuminate the dough

The internal light in the bowl allows you to monitor the dough at all stages of processing.

Inverter

Thanks to the dual inverter, the speed of the spiral and bowl can be adjusted separately and adapted to different types of dough, ranging from 70 to 300 rpm for the spiral and from 8 to 30 rpm for the bowl.

Queen Line Spiral Mixer

Available in dual motor versions 400V/50Hz/3ph, ideal for doughs with 50% hydration and for intensive use.

FAQ – Sunmix Mixers

Warranty and Technical Support:

The warranty for products purchased with a VAT number is 12 months. For purchases made by private individuals without a VAT number, the warranty is extended to 24 months, ensuring lasting and reliable support. Technical support is guaranteed and provided by Pizza-Schule.

Shipments to Central Europe:

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Luxembourg. We do not process transactions and deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy.

VAT Exemption for Intra-Community Transactions:

We deliver our products to the main countries of the European Union. To obtain the 0% VAT exemption for intra-community transactions, you must provide us with your valid and active EU VAT number, and the company must not be located in Germany.

Payment in Two Installments via Bank Transfer:

For all those who place an order for a Sunmix mixer worth more than 4,000 euros, it is possible to select payment via bank transfer and request to split the payment into two installments. The first installment requires an immediate payment of 50%, while the remaining balance is payable with a second installment before shipment.

Cancellation:

The mixer will be commissioned only after receipt of payment. Since the mixer is custom-built for you, it is excluded from the possibility of exchange. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been placed with the manufacturer.
