How to Request Technical Support

To initiate the support process, please use the form at the bottom of this page. It’s important to provide us with as many details as possible about the issue, including videos and photos where necessary. This will enable us to assist you in the quickest and most effective way possible.

Request Analysis

We will review your request together with the product manufacturers to understand the nature of the problem.

Diagnosis and Repair

Our technicians will identify the issue and proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements.

Packaging and Shipping

If a replacement is necessary, we will ask you to package the product using the original packaging (pallet if provided) and send us a photo via email for confirmation. We will arrange for the product pickup.

Return

We will send you back the repaired or replaced product so that you can continue making fantastic pizzas.
