  • The Queen Line spiral mixer is the perfect choice for pizzerias and bakeries looking for high-end professional equipment. Available in 10 sizes, with a capacity ranging from 30 to 300 kg of dough, it is designed to work with doughs starting from 50% hydration and is ideal for intensive use, while also being able to handle small batches with precision.

    The touchscreen control panel offers intuitive operation, allowing users to store up to 12 recipes with 12 customizable steps each and to monitor dough temperature via an infrared sensor. Thanks to the dual inverter system, it is possible to independently adjust the spiral speed (from 70 to 300 rpm) and the bowl speed (from 7 to 30 rpm), ensuring maximum precision and flexibility.

    The Queen Line features reverse bowl rotation, LED lighting for better visibility, and a closed bowl guard for enhanced safety. Its stainless steel structure ensures durability, robustness, and reliability over time. Equipped with a dual motor and operating at 400V/50-60Hz/3ph, it is the ideal solution for professional environments with high production needs.
