Gi.Metal LineaPRO pizza cutter wheel Ø 10 cm | AC-ROP6
The Gi.Metal LineaPRO AC-ROP6 pizza wheel has a 10 cm hardened stainless steel blade and an ergonomic polymer grip. Suitable for pizzerias and home pizza making, the blade is removable and can be resharpened.
Controlled cutting
The ergonomic grip accommodates different hand sizes. Place the baked pizza on a suitable cutting board and roll with even pressure. Thick bases or generous toppings may need another pass along the same line. The 10 cm diameter refers to the blade, not the maximum pizza size.
Materials and care
The polymer grip is heat-, impact- and scratch-resistant and certified by the manufacturer for food contact. Clean and dry the tool after use. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when removing and reassembling the blade, and have resharpening carried out by a competent professional. Avoid delicate or coated trays that could be scratched.
