Are the scissors dishwasher-safe?

Can I cut directly on a baking tray?
The slim lower blade can be guided beneath the pizza. On coated trays, avoid pressing or scraping against the coating and follow the tray manufacturer’s care instructions.
How do they differ from the black scissors?
