Regina PA2-AP-32 – solid pizza peel without handle

The rectangular Regina PA2-AP-32 has a continuous peel surface in anodised aluminium. With a head size of 32.4 × 40.7 cm, it helps you pick up, launch and remove your pizza.

The handle is not included. Combine the peel head with a matching Regina aluminium handle in the length you need.

A solid surface for the way you work

The PA2-AP-32 has no perforation. The dough rests on a continuous aluminium surface. Unlike a perforated peel, excess dusting flour does not fall through openings here.

How well the pizza slides also depends on the dough, dusting flour and the way you work. Prepare the peel to suit your dough and check before launching that the pizza moves freely. The anodising of the AP version is a surface treatment of the aluminium and not a guarantee against sticking or scratches.

Does the PA2-AP-32 suit your pizza oven?

Compare the peel width of 32.4 cm with your pizza and the free oven opening. Allow enough room to manoeuvre. When choosing the handle, oven depth, working distance and space in front of the oven are the key factors.

Prefer a perforated surface that lets loose flour fall through? Compare the perforated Regina PAF2-AP with this solid version.

Mounting and care

Use a compatible Regina handle with a matching fitting and check that the connection is secure before use. Clean the peel gently by hand and then dry it. Avoid abrasive tools that could damage the surface.

Is the PA2-AP-32 supplied with a handle?

No. This offer includes the peel head without a handle. You order the Regina aluminium handle separately in the length you want.

Is the peel surface perforated?

No. The PA2-AP-32 has a solid aluminium surface. For a perforated version, you will find the PAF2-AP in our shop.

How big is the peel head?

It measures 32.4 × 40.7 cm (width × height). These dimensions are not the overall length of a peel with the handle fitted.

Which handle lengths can I choose?

The matching Regina aluminium handle is offered in the shop in 40, 80, 120, 160 and 180 cm. The 40 and 80 cm lengths can be shipped; 120, 160 and 180 cm are available for collection only.

Is the peel also suitable for a home pizza oven?

That depends on the dimensions of your oven. Check whether the 32.4 cm wide peel fits through the opening and leaves enough room to move. Then choose a handle length that suits the oven depth and your workstation.
