With this dough box trolley you can move several containers at once between preparation, storage and workstation. The ABS construction is suitable for pizzerias, bakeries and professional kitchens.

One trolley for two box sizes

Each level takes one box measuring 60 × 40 cm or two 40 × 30 cm boxes side by side. This lets you adapt the transport system to your batches of dough.

The dimensions stated refer to the box size the trolley takes. For other container series, also check the base shape and that they sit securely on the frame.

Fewer trips during preparation

Moving boxes together saves carrying each one individually. This is particularly handy when several batches are being prepared or empty containers are taken for cleaning.

Load the trolley evenly and keep the stack stable and tidy. Use level, load-bearing routes; thresholds and uneven floors can affect stability. The maximum load capacity is not a recommendation for stacks of any height.

Cleaning and daily use

Keep the frame and castors free of dough and flour residue. Clean the trolley with suitable products and check before moving that the containers sit securely and the castors run freely. The trolley is for moving containers within the work area.

Can I use both small and large dough boxes?

Yes. Each level takes one 60 × 40 cm box or two 40 × 30 cm boxes side by side. For other series, please check the fit.

Are dough boxes included?

No. Boxes and lids are sold separately.

How high can I stack the boxes?

No general stacking height is given here. What matters is a low centre of gravity, an even load and a safe route. Observe the load capacity of the trolley and containers.

Is the trolley suitable for every floor?

For controlled transport, routes should be level, load-bearing and free of obstacles. Uneven floors and thresholds call for extra care.
