Gi.Metal professional pizza scissors with 12 cm stainless steel blade | AC-FR
Gi.Metal AC-FR scissors portion pizza with controlled, targeted cuts. Suitable for classic, tray-baked and generously topped pizzas, they combine a 12 cm stainless steel blade with a high-strength polymer grip for professional and home use.
Cut pizza where you portion it
Gently slide the lower blade under the pizza and cut gradually. The raised, rounded back is shaped to reduce contact with the tray rim. Avoid dragging the blade under pressure across delicate or coated surfaces. If unsure, use a suitable cutting surface and follow the care instructions.
An alternative to a pizza wheel
Scissors let you choose the cutting path step by step, which can be practical for thick bases, tray pizza or generous toppings. Choose scissors or a wheel according to the pizza, cutting surface and personal preference. AC-FR weighs 140 g.

Frequently asked questions | AC-FR
Can they cut thick or generously topped pizza?
Yes. Work with controlled, gradual cuts and adapt the portions to the pizza.
Can I cut directly in the tray?
The shape reduces interference with the rim. For delicate or coated trays, check suitability for contact with metal utensils.
Is 12 cm the total length?
No. It refers to the blade length, not the whole scissors.
How do they differ from a pizza wheel?
A wheel cuts by rolling; scissors use individual closing movements. Choose according to your working method and surface.
Are they suitable for home use?
Yes, for both professional work and homemade pizza.
