Gi.Metal rack for up to 15 pizza screens Ø 36 cm – chrome-plated steel | AC-PRO
The Gi.Metal AC-PRO keeps up to 15 pizza screens organised, with a maximum diameter of 36 cm. Its chrome-plated steel frame uses vertical space: screens rest horizontally on stacked levels and remain individually accessible.
An organised pizza station
Store screens on several levels instead of side by side on the worktop. Place the rack on a level, load-bearing surface. In addition to the frame dimensions, allow for screen overhang and space to insert and remove them.
What does vertical storage mean?
The rack extends upwards while the screens rest horizontally. They do not stand upright like plates in a dish rack. Capacity refers to screens; if they carry topped pizzas, topping height and space between levels may reduce usable capacity.
Compatible screen: DF33
The Gi.Metal DF33 has a diameter of 33 cm, within the rack’s limit. Choose the number and arrangement to suit your baking process and available space.

How many screens does it hold?
Up to 15. Topped pizzas may require more clearance and reduce usable capacity.
Is DF33 compatible?
Yes. Its 33 cm diameter is within the 36 cm maximum.
Are the screens stored upright?
No. They rest horizontally; the rack itself extends vertically.
How much room is required?
The frame measures 30 × 30 × H 65.5 cm. Add space for screen overhang and handling.
Can the whole rack go into the oven?
Its described purpose is supporting and organising screens at the workstation. This does not establish suitability for putting the rack in an oven.
