The Triangle Parmesan grater with catcher is designed for precise results and a tidy workspace. Whether adding Parmesan to pasta, Pecorino to pizza or fine hard cheese to risotto, it produces a very fine, almost powdery result.

Made in Solingen, the world-famous German city of blades, it combines durable materials with thoughtful functionality and professional workmanship.

The surface, also known as a crown grater, is suitable for Parmesan, Grana Padano, Pecorino and mature hard cheeses, as well as small quantities of purée, vegetables or potatoes for thickening soups and sauces.
