Italian design for your table
A crispy pinsa, a freshly topped pizza or a focaccia to share: Giusto by Regina / Stil-Casa brings your creations straight to the table. The board combines the warm look of wood with a removable stainless steel plate. You can use it as a cutting board, serving plate, tray or for presentation.
Developed for pizza makers, chefs and restaurateurs, Giusto fits just as well into the kitchen of ambitious home pizza makers. The clean lines draw attention to your dish and make for neat service.
For round and rectangular pizza
From Margherita and Neapolitan pizza to pizza alla pala and Pinsa Romana, filled focaccia and pizza in teglia: choose the board size to suit your bake and the presentation you want. Giusto is also suitable for serving several portions together.
Wood and stainless steel
The wooden base frames the removable stainless steel insert. The food-safe surface can be separated from the wood and cleaned separately. The patented Giusto is made in Italy.
Textured surface
The embossed stainless steel surface helps moisture escape from under the baked goods. This reduces condensation and helps keep the underside crispy. The stainless steel releases heat slowly and helps keep food warm when serving.

Scope of delivery: When you select a GSW model, you receive a board with wooden base and removable stainless steel plate in the chosen size. The GSA21-01 stand is sold separately and does not include a board.

Personalisation with your logo
For restaurants and pizzerias, Giusto can be personalised with a logo on both handles. The minimum quantities offered so far for free personalisation are 12 pieces per model and 36 pieces in total for logo engraving. Please ask us about current feasibility and delivery time before placing a personalised order.
Cleaning and care
Remove the stainless steel plate from the wooden base for cleaning. The plate is dishwasher-safe. Clean the wooden base by hand and then dry it carefully. The dishwasher suitability of the stainless steel plate does not apply to the whole board.

What can I use Giusto for?
For portioning, serving and presenting pizza, pinsa, focaccia and other baked goods – as a cutting board, plate or tray.
Which size should I choose?
Go by the size of the stainless steel plate in the table. This is the usable serving surface; the wooden base is larger depending on the model.
What are the dimensions of the GSW-05?
The wooden base measures 75 × 40 cm and the stainless steel plate 65 × 40 cm.
Is Giusto dishwasher-safe?
Only the removable stainless steel plate is dishwasher-safe. Please clean the wooden base by hand and dry it well.
Is the stand included?
No. The GSA21-01 is a separately available stand for the GSW-01. If you select this variant, only the stand is supplied.
Can my logo be added?
Yes, personalisation on the handles is possible. The minimum quantities so far are 12 pieces per model and 36 pieces in total. Please have the current conditions and the date confirmed in advance.
