Millions of people live with lactose intolerance. For them, ordering a pizza, an ice cream or a dessert with cream can quickly become a moment of uncertainty. With Lactosolution you offer these guests a simple, discreet service: one tablet just before eating – and your menu stays as it is.
Lactosolution was developed in Italy by Nutras with food service in mind: for pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlours, patisseries, bars and hotels.
How Lactosolution works
Lactosolution 15000 is a food supplement containing the enzyme lactase. Lactase improves lactose digestion in people who have difficulty digesting lactose. Each tablet contains 150 mg of lactase from Aspergillus oryzae, equivalent to 15,000 FCC lactase units.
Your guest takes one tablet just before the meal. According to the manufacturer, the best time is from about 30 minutes before eating up to the start of the meal. The tablet is very small and tasteless.
The food service display
For businesses, Lactosolution comes as a counter display with 50 single-dose sachets, each containing one tablet. Place it in a visible spot at the till or counter and hand the single dose to your guests when needed.
