Regina AK-D55 – rectangular oven brush with brass bristles
Flour residues, ash and loose baking residues do not belong on the next pizza. The Regina AK-D55 helps you with the dry cleaning of suitable baking surfaces. Its rectangular wooden body with brass bristles offers a working width of 20 cm.
The aluminium handle is not included and is ordered separately. This lets you choose the handle length to suit your oven and workstation.
Rectangular brush head for oven care
The rectangular shape is suitable for systematically brushing out flat baking surfaces. The screw system connects the brush to a matching Regina aluminium handle. A worn brush head can be replaced with the separately available SPAZ-02.
Whether electric, gas or wood-fired oven: what matters is the surface and the oven manufacturer’s cleaning instructions. Only use brass bristles on surfaces suitable for them.

Choose the matching handle and replacement head at the same time
Handle sold separately: We offer the Regina aluminium handles in 40, 80, 120, 160 and 180 cm. Choose according to oven depth and freedom of movement. The 40 and 80 cm lengths can be shipped; 120, 160 and 180 cm are available for collection only.
Spare part: With the Regina SPAZ-02 replacement brush head you can replace a worn head. Handle and replacement head are not part of this offer.
Use and care
Follow your oven manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and temperature specifications. Before use, check that the brush is firmly attached and that the bristles are in good condition. Remove loose residues carefully and keep the wooden body away from direct flames.
After cleaning, check the baking surface for loose bristles and other foreign bodies. Replace a damaged or heavily worn head. Store the brush dry and do not leave the wooden body in water.

Is the aluminium handle included?
No. You receive the AK-D55 without a handle. You order the matching Regina aluminium handle separately in the length you want.
Which replacement head fits the AK-D55?
The rectangular Regina SPAZ-02 replacement head is intended for this brush and is available separately in our shop.
Can I use the brush for any pizza oven?
That depends on the baking surface and the oven manufacturer’s instructions. Check in particular whether brass bristles are approved for your surface. The energy source alone does not determine suitability.
How big is the brush?
The AK-D55 measures 20 × 6 × 7 cm. These dimensions refer to the brush without the separately available handle. Also check the height of your oven opening.
When should I replace the brush head?
If bristles are loose, damaged or heavily worn, the head should be replaced. Check the brush before each use and the baking surface after cleaning.
