Regina APR-15 – dismountable pizza cutter with 10 cm blade
Cut pizza into portions and then clean the tool thoroughly: the Regina APR-15 combines a round AISI 304 stainless steel blade with a red technopolymer handle.
The blade has a diameter of 10 cm and the overall length is 24 cm. The dismountable design makes it easier to reach the blade and its fixing during cleaning.
Cut pizza into slices with control
The rolling blade is suitable for portioning freshly baked pizza. Guide the cutting wheel over the pizza with even pressure and use a suitable, stable cutting surface. The shaped handle supports handling in everyday pizzeria work and in your home kitchen.
The cutting result also depends on the crust, toppings and surface. Avoid excessive pressure and do not cut directly on delicate surfaces.

Dismountable for thorough cleaning
After use, cheese, sauce and dough residues can collect on the blade and its mounting. Taking it apart lets you reach these areas more easily. Be careful when removing and cleaning the sharp blade and keep the fixing parts together.
Clean the parts gently by hand, dry them carefully and reassemble the cutter correctly. Before the next use, check that the blade is secure and rotates freely.
