Five days dedicated to the world of pizza

Pizza Experience is much more than just an exhibition space.

From 12 to 16 March 2027, Pizza-Schule.de creates a meeting point at INTERNORGA Hamburg for pizza, industry professionals and companies that contribute every day to the evolution of the pizza world.

Over five days of the trade fair, visitors can experience live cooking, demonstrations, presentations and direct exchanges with pizza makers, trainers and experts from different areas of the industry.

Doughs, processing techniques, ingredients, baking methods and professional equipment will be shown in real use. This allows visitors to discover products and solutions for professional pizza making up close.

The goal of Pizza Experience is clear: to show how pizza is created in real professional practice – through people, know-how, high-quality products and modern technology.

Live Cooking, Technology and Innovation

During Pizza Experience 2027, visitors can watch different styles of pizza being prepared live and learn more about techniques, working methods and professional solutions.

The participating pizza makers will demonstrate their way of working directly on site – from dough management and shaping to topping and baking.

At the same time, dough mixers, pizza ovens, tools and professional equipment will be used live, together with the ingredients commonly used in pizzerias every day.

A format designed to connect manufacturers, professionals and users directly.

14th Deutsche Meisterschaft der Pizzabäcker

German Pizza Cup 2027

One of the highlights of Pizza Experience 2027 is the 14th Deutsche Meisterschaft der Pizzabäcker – German Pizza Cup, taking place on Monday, 15 March 2027.

Organized by Pizza-Schule.de, the competition brings together professional pizza makers from Germany and other European countries, ready to compete in front of a qualified jury.

Technique, quality of ingredients, baking results, presentation and creativity are among the aspects evaluated during the competition.

Over the years, the Deutsche Meisterschaft der Pizzabäcker has become an important meeting point for the professional pizza community. It offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues, make new contacts and showcase your skills in front of INTERNORGA’s professional audience.
